How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through PayPal. You may choose to pay with your PayPal account, or you may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, all through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. If you prefer not to use a PayPal account or a credit card through PayPal, please contact mini miss & me to make a direct deposit.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase from this store?

No. You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. At checkout, you will see this option to the left of the PayPal login area.

How long does it take before an order is shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days from receipt of your order. If we expect a delay, we will contact you via email. Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout through PayPal, and that you provide a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order. Due to the valuable nature of mini miss & me jewellery products, shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.

What shipping methods do you offer for domestic orders?

All orders will be sent via registered post (standard post delivery with signature for security).

How much is postage?

A standard postage charge of AU$10.00 applies to all orders for delivery in Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please contact us via email with your details, and all information and shipping charges will be advised. Do not proceed to checkout until you have contacted us.

Can I return my item?

Yes, under some circumstances. Please see our returns policy on our ‘Store Policies’ page.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Please note that it is impossible to guarantee against jewellery scratching, wearing or breaking, but worn and cared for appropriately, solid Sterling Silver will last for generations. mini miss & me is dedicated to giving you the best customer care possible.
